My Daily Adventures
Day One in “New Home”

Greetings all from across the pond.

Let’s cut to the chase: I am starting this blog because I am in England would like to inform you all about my travels and also for the fact that the amount of free time I have is exorbitant. ***Disclaimer*** Everyone that will read this already knows that I have the attention span of a extremely intelligent goldfish (around 4 seconds) so no promises how good/long any of these posts may be. Also, this will probably be one of my longer posts because I have lots to comment on thus far. I also believe that almost all blogs have a relatively long first post due to the fact that the blogger is “excited” about this new method for expressing their “feelings”. Most people may not remember to blog or, in my previous case, forget the username and password all together.

HERE WE GO

Friday I arrived in London and stayed with my friend Rhi. We had a blast and I loved getting to see her. I arrived to my parent’s new home” yesterday and was greeted by my sweet dad at the station. Next we went to the grocery store, in a very bob and meg fashion, and we stayed in there for around 45 min and only left because we both had to pee ( also standard protocal).

We arrived at another grocery store that is in what I would call a “truck stop/ travel stop” (more like the ones they have scattered around the Northeastern states). The store was quite nice and we gathered as much food as we could fit in our college sized mini fridge.

We arrived back here and I got the grand tour.  Our furniture has not yet arrived so we borrowed a kitchen table, have a mattress on the floor, and some cookware. Our dryer is broken so I had to hang up all of my clean clothes and have since felt as if I am taking part in some kind of luxury camping experience.

Today I am going to try my best and not get lost whilst I run around the village. I do not think it will be too hard not to get lost because we only have a few streets with one store and one restaurant, but than again it is me so I probably will.

Until tomorrow
